The origin of a SUPER B issue

The "SUPER B" issue of the page before was based in the SUPERMAN NO.131 ordinary issue from August 1959. The "SUPER B" cover was made with a vignette of the issue that you can see above. You can see below the original cover and the first splash page. Observe that the tittle has been changed from "The Menace of Mr.Mxyzptlk" to "Superman and Mr.Mxyzptlk" as well as the original text and some details of the vignettes.
